o   Testimony
§  Why is Jesus Christ important to you?
Jesus Christ is central to Heavenly Father’s plan and it’s through His sacrifice that we are able to be cleansed from our sins and return to Heavenly Father’s presence clean and without spot.  Through repentance and obedience to the Lord’s commandments, living the standards of Gospel, and by loving and forgiving those around us, we invite the Savior into our life and accept His sacrifice.  Christ changes people.  He makes each of us better if we allow Him to help us.  We can find true happiness by following Him.
§  How has prayer helped you in your life?
Prayer is a source of strength and guidance.  We choose how much communication we have with our Heavenly Father.  We can come close to Him through constant communication via prayer.  Prayer can help answer questions, help me make good decisions, and remind me of my many blessings.
§  How has the Book of Mormon helped you in your life?
The Book of Mormon is a gift!  It testifies of the Savior of the world.  It teaches us of a people who chose to follow Jesus Christ.  The stories and experiences found in the Book of Mormon are such a good example to me of how we can be faithful in keeping the commandments of the Lord, no matter what.  It teaches me that there is happiness in keeping the commandments.  It teaches me that the Savior is real, He loves us and wants us to be happy.
§  What message of hope can you give to others?
There is a purpose to this life!  Understanding why we are here can help put things in perspective.  We can experience real happiness in this life.
§  Why is family important?
I feel like I can’t even begin to answer this question without quoting “The Family: A Proclamation to the World.”  “The family is ordained of God…The divine plan of happiness enables family relationship to be perpetuated beyond the grave.  Sacred ordinances and covenants available in holy temples make it possible for individuals to return to the presence of God and for families to be united eternally…Happiness in family life is most likely to be achieved when founded upon the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ.”
